Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to services offered through Dharma Den Recovery & Wellness, including recovery and wellness coaching, EFT/Tapping sessions, educational services, and related mind-body support.
Nature of Services
- Services provided by Dharma Den Recovery & Wellness are intended to support personal growth, emotional wellness, recovery, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
- Coaching and EFT/Tapping services are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or a substitute for care provided by a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
- No diagnosis or medical treatment is provided.
EFT/Tapping
- Emotional Freedom Techniques, commonly referred to as EFT or Tapping, is a complementary mind-body practice.
- Individual experiences vary, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
- Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical, psychological, or other professional care when needed.
Emergencies
- Dharma Den Recovery & Wellness does not provide crisis or emergency services.
- If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or contact an appropriate emergency or crisis resource.
Scheduling and Cancellation
- Appointments are scheduled through the designated booking system.
- Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
- Additional cancellation or scheduling policies displayed during booking also apply.
Complimentary Sessions
- Complimentary EFT/Tapping sessions may be offered to new clients during designated promotional or training periods.
- Availability, number of complimentary sessions, and eligibility are subject to the terms communicated at the time of booking.
Founder’s Circle Pricing
- Eligible clients who complete the complimentary Tapping series may be offered Founder’s Circle pricing for a limited period.
- Founder’s Circle pricing, eligibility, and expiration dates are determined at the time the offer is extended and are not transferable.
Payments
- Paid services are charged at the rate displayed when the appointment is booked.
- Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Applicable payment-processing terms and privacy policies of those providers also apply.
Client Responsibility
- Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, health, and well-being.
- Participation in coaching or Tapping services is voluntary, and clients may discontinue participation at any time.
Results
- Dharma Den Recovery & Wellness does not guarantee specific emotional, personal, health, recovery, financial, relationship, or other outcomes from services.
Intellectual Property
- Website content, written materials, worksheets, program materials, branding, and other original content provided by Dharma Den Recovery & Wellness may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
Changes to These Terms
